On Hyper-v i created and sysprep a windows machine ( i also installed the Hyper-v tools)

What do i miss to see this vm/disk as a template in rds on my RD Virtualization host server?

Hi,

On the RD Virtualization host server,you need to create a VM one-by-one using your template vhd file.
Then you can see the VMs you created on the RDCB after you add the RDVH under Remote desktop connection Manager.

On server 2012,the configuration would be more easier.All the VMs will be created automatically based on your Template.

you cannot select generation 2 virtual machines for VDI, only generation 1 !
