When user upload a video to an assets library he may define Preview Image URL (the managed property is AlternateThumbnailUrl) but in case he doesn't, is theres a way to set the value there automatically? for example the first frame or a frame after a few seconds?

In case the video is stored in other library and not assets library - so no such property,but I still want to display something in the video search result - what do you recommend? maybe  to define something in the display template (a default pic

In my environment, I could not find the column in Asset library, and also could not find the managed property AlternateThumbnailUrl.
