VPN security protocol
hi, if i enable the routing and remote access for vpn connection and chooses the "Virtual private networks and nat" in the configuration page.
Which type of security protocol is used for that type of configuration?
IPsec (IP Security) L2TP (Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol) PPTP (Point to Point Tunneling Protocol) SSL/TLS (Secure Socket Layer/Transport Layer Security)
Thanks for any ideas.Every second counts..make use of it.

Hi,
Thank you for your post.
When you completed the RRAS configuration wizard, RRAS server is set to a VPN server which is auto configured to support all VPN protocol (PPTP, L2TP, SSTP, IKEv2).
But the wizard is just the one step of setting up VPN, each type of VPN has its own step guide like configure PKI, network policy, open VPN port in firewall.
Here is
Configure the Tunneling Protocol article, hope it helps you.
If there are more inquiries on this issue, please feel free to let us know.
