I have 3 servers in different branches who connect to eachother with VPN PPTP. Server A: Windows 2003 (DC) Server B: Windows 2008 Server C: Windows 2008 Server A and B connect both ways without a problem. Server C connects to A and B with no problems until a connection gets dropped for some unknown reason. After there has been a connection drop I can't make another VPN-connection. The status reads 'Connecting'. I have to restart the server to be able to make a connection again. This happens almost every day, sometimes it lasts 2 days. The Eventlog shows no reason why the connection dropped.

Hi Scubago, Thanks for posting here. How do you configure the site to site VPN connection? Do you manually configured RRAS to be a VPN server?
