"DR" has a specific meaning in BizTalk parlance besides general DR'ness. It referrers specifically to the Log Shipping DR which is an entire process. There is no alternative "supported" DR strategy supported by BizTalk other than Log Shipping.
HA in BizTalk can be achieved by configuring load balancing with multiple host instances and clustering hosts to provide fault tolerance. See Sample BizTalk Server High Availability Scenarios, Providing High Availability in the BizTalk Server Operations Guide, Checklist: Providing High Availability with Fault Tolerance or Load Balancing in the BizTalk Server Operations Guide, and Improving Fault Tolerance in BizTalk Server by Using a Windows Server Cluster.
I would suggest to you read following posts.

You might need some changes if you want to include others BizTalk databases whcih are not configured for backup by default like BAMAnalysis and BAMStarSchema.
As Rachit Sikroria points out, no, you cannot use vMotion or even Hyper-V Failover Clustering for DR.
You can use either to provide a level of HA for a BizTalk Host Computer VM but try HA requires multiple Host Computers in a single BizTalk Group.
Finally, VM failover is not very graceful so you will have to test all you apps to make sure they behave correctly.
