Hi, 

I encountered an issue whereby the VM snapshot stuck at 80%, the snapshot progress was not able to be stopped, even though the VM has been shutdown.

The only solution is to stop the service vmwp.exe or restart the Hyper-V host in order to have the VM back to normal. The only event I got was as the screenshot below. The root cause was unknown.

Appreciate if anyone could help to enlighten me about this problem and root cause of it.
