Hello guys,
I want a create 4 virtual ip address and 4 hotnames for resource group. Do i need 4 physical Network cards for this ?

Hi there,
This actually depends on your demand, if these 4 virtual IP address belong to different server and these servers need to be seperated, that will be a good idea to create 4 physicla network card to seperate the network flow.

there is noseparate servers. Just only 2 Nodes.
We need to create 3 Resource Groups and 3 Ip address for that Resource Group. Do i need physical Network card ?

Hello,
You don't need 4 physical Network cards. When you will be creating new resource group, Windows will assigne multiple IP addresses/hostnames to one network card. So various hostnames will be available via this network card (In order to aviod single
point of fauilure it is recommended to use network teaming).

Hi,
We can assign multi addresses for one physical NIC and could also access this server via different host names by properly deploy and set name resolution service ,
like DNS or WINS.
However, I’m still not get your point, could you discuss in detail that what you want achieve ?
