Can someone tell me please how can I make a VHD or a VHDX with an OS installed on it?I want to add that VHD to library in VMM 2012 R2 and after to use it for my Vms.

Search for the PowerShell script "Convert-WindowsImage"
All you need is the ISO. And it is maintained by MSFT.

It started as an MSFT internal tool for test automation, it was the build the vhd from the ISO part of the process.
