Hi,

We are using VDI (Virtual Desktop Interface) feature in windows 2012 server. One of my client who are using windows 8.1 complaining that he couldn't login to VDI server. The error is;

"Remote Desktop Connection: This computer can't verify the identity of the RD gateway "servername" Its not safe to connect to server that cannot be identified. Contact your Network Administrator".

All other clients which are using windows 7 machine are successfully connect to VDI server, but windows 8.1 machine couldn't connect it with the same server.

Please help and provide solution.

Does Windows 8.1 workstation trust RD gateway certificate?

It seems to be a certification trust issue.

Run "certutil  -ca.cert ca_name.cer" and copy it to your client computer. Double click to import and see if the error still exists.
