VAMT error
Hi, I am from Spain, excuse my bad English I have installed VAMT in my DC Windows 2008 Server R2 When i add my servers and try to update status the result is: Unable to connect to the WMI service on the remote machine Can anybody help me? Thanks for all and excuse again my English

Hi, May be firewall is blocking the access. Try enabling firewall for WMI. In some cases the client has a wrong IP address. This could be the case if the DNS record for the client isn't updated. Try pinging the client by hostname. Then run ipconfig on the client. Check if ip addresses are the same. Andy

Thanks to all for reply The problem is the LDAP search. When i use LDAP search the connection fail but if i use manual entry and type the server name this work fine for me Thanks anyway from Spain
