Using Server 2008 as an ISP
So can Window Server be leverages easily to run it as an ISP with several web sites all being hosted on the server. Each of course has their own account. Mechanizing the situation is important. My MVP is for the Windows Desktop Experience, i.e. Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 IT Remote Assistance is available for a fee. ISP - Internet Service Provider. As hosting for web site, yeah, its actually really really good at it. The IIS is pretty neet. If that covers your questions?

Not sure I understand the question? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_service_provider An Internet service provider (ISP) is a company that provides access to the Internet. You mean as Proxy or? IIS provides the web server to host your sites. - Not to be confused with ISP, which is your Internet provider..
