Using the latest exchange connector is there a way to have replies to an email get attached to the work item they address instead of open a new item?
ok i figured this out.
You need to have the ID field placed in the message subject field wrapped in brackets like this [incident id] or [IR1234]
so when the end user replies to the email it is attached to the incident within the brackets or IR1234 in this case.
