User logging into sbs 2008 server crashes explorer
I have a windows SBS 2008 enviornment. A user is set up as a domain admin. This only happens when he logs into either the SBS 2008 server or the Terminal server which is also 2008

In continuing to troubleshoot this issue, I have copied this user and can login with this new testing user without issue. I am guessing that there is something in this users profile that is causing this issue but need assistance on finding out what.

Just as a follow up to this thread for other users. This issue was resolved to the user putting GodMode, a "feature" documented in some forums, on his desktop. Because the user profile settings is set up to redirect this folder, when he logged into any of the 2008 servers explorer would crash. We moved GodMode to a non-replicated folder on the users machine and then created a shortcut to the desktop so that the user would still have the functionality that they enjoy.
