Hi, I need your urgent help here. Currently we are facing numerous user ID frequently locked in a day. May I know what is the possibility that cause it to happen ? Can it be virus ?

Well, once before it was affected by conficker worm and it seems it wont be 100% removed due to unknown reason. Then I believe this it hits back again but none suspect triggered. Pretty strange. So our interim solution is to create a scheduler to unlock all the IDs. Until today I still cant find any permanent solution.
