User Account and ATCinaHook
I attempted to post this question earlier so, sorry if it's a repeat...I had a tech here to set up my laptop. He switched the system (windows xp) so only one user can be logged on at once. Now I'd like to change back to multiple log ins at start up and quick switch over. So, I went to User Accounts -> Change the way users log in... and got this message: A recently installed program is preventing the Wlecom screen and Quick Switching from functioning properly. It must be uninstalled to restore function. The program that may be causing this is ATGinaHook.dllSo, tried changing the name of ATG (found in windows/system32) to -ATGinaHook and then the laptop would not start at all. Changed it back in safe mode. Tech says he'd never heard of ATGinaHook.Any suggestions? Thanks!
