Can you write more detail because I don’t understand what you want to do. If you want use DVD in CD-ROM then it’s technologically impossible... But even if then this applications will not for free.

Hi, I suspect that the “CD Room” you mentioned is a physical CD Rom on your computer. If so, I would like to let you know that it’s impossible to play a DVD disk in a CD Rom, you have to get a DVD Rom, or you can convert the DVD disk into an ISO file on a computer who have a DVD Rom and then copy it to your computer.
