All VML in our application has stopped getting rendered after download of security patch KB2416400. Is there a suggested workaround? Thank you in advance!

Do you have McAfee HIP or anti-virus running? McAfee might be complaining about this latest KB. I'm also experiencing this issue and is looking into it at the moment.
