Upgrading to Windows Server 2012 and SQL Server 2012
I want to upgrade the following:
Windows Server 2008 Enterprise SP1 to Windows Server 2012 Enterprise
Windows SQL Server 2008 R2 to Windows SQL Server 2012 Standard
At the moment following softwares are using the SQL Server 2008 R2:
Microsoft CRM 2011
SharePoint 2010
System Center Vistual Machine Manager 2008 R2
Lync 2010
Are there any compatibily issues with this upgrade?

Not sure, but I think downward compatibility is expected. You better ask in the corresponding forums of these products to confirm.
