I just upgraded, last Sat, from Web to S2.  Even it is slower, however, I have an SP when executing it takes from 1-2 minutes to complete. I did a test in SQL Server Management, the execution took 2 minutes, however, if I run the SQL Statement (not inside SP), the I got result in 1-2 seconds
