Upgrade 8.0.19 isn't working.
I am using my macbook air and was able to log on remotely yesterday evening using the Remote Desktop App. This morning I was not able to log on and even after installing the upgrade, I have not been able to log on. The RD app says it is connecting
but nothing happens. What can I do to fix this? Is anyone else having this issue? Please help me.

Can you tell us more about your setup? Are you connecting to your personal desktop, work or using remote resources? Any additional information on the set-up will help us to work on your issue.

Same problem. Once upgraded to .19, can't connect to my PC on the network. Only thing that changed was the .10 MAC update!!! How do I get .18 back????

I am attempting to connect remotely to my work desktop using my macbook air and wireless internet. i literally remotely connected last night at 9:30 p.m. and have not been able to connect at all today. If there is any other information that
would be helpful, please let me know.
