Update windows 2000 Data Center
Hi Experts In my company, there is a Windows 2000 Data Center Edition with SP3 They want to upgrade to Windows 2003, (please, don´t ask why up to now), I thought that installing SP4 for Windows 2000 will allow me make the upgrade, but SP4 its just for Server and Advanced Server, it´s that right? Any ideas? According with this note http://support.microsoft.com/kb/260910/en-us Windows 2000 service packs are for Windows 2000 Professional, for Windows 2000 Server, and for Windows 2000 Advanced Server.Jefe Sioux

Hi Jefe, You can try to download Windows 2000 SP4 from following link: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=1001AAF1-749F-49F4-8010-297BD6CA33A0&displaylang=en Windows 2000 Data Center should able to be upgraded to Windows 2003 Data Center edition, but not other editions.
