Hi, this may seem like a basic question to many, but I'm going to ask it anyway ;-) !!

We have SCSM 2012 Sp1 installed across 4 servers-

* 2 x load balanced Manager servers

* SQL server for Service Manager DB

* DW server

I would like to install Update Rollup 4 into our environment and looking at the instructions, it simply says to close down all connections to the system and run the update. However, I would like to know if there's any particular order of servers which I need to run the update and whether it applies only to the Manager servers or does it also need running on the DW??

If there are no special comments in the UR instructions I would follow this order in the blog post:

1. SCSM DW
2. SCSM Management server (primary first)
3. SCSM Portal
4. SCSM consoles
