I am using HP BL486 P-class andC-class blade server and all have installed windows 2003 server. All serverwindows is updated and antivirus is also updated and there is no threat or virus. But When ever i try to restart or shutdown the server it got hang then i have to hard reboot the server physically. this problem is not to all server it happen around 15 server.Please help me to sovle the problem...

HelloI will look more into the applications that have been installed on this servers as the issue. Have you checked the events log for any errors or warnings?Isaac Oben MCITP:EA, MCSE
