Unable to ping Direct Access Client Machine

Hi,

I have set up the Direct Access Environment and Direct Access Client got connected with Direct Access Server. I ran the Direct Access troubleshooting Tool on the Client Machine all the test passed successfully.

Issue: While Pinging

a. while Pinging from DA Client to DA Server or any other server in the Environment, it's pinging.

b. But when pinging from DA Server to DA Client, It's Showing Request Timed Out.

c. From other Server from same Environment to DA Client it's not pinging.

I have to ping this, what's the Solution. The solution will be appreciable.

check DA Client  firewall setting whether it is block icmp message.
