Hi,
Yes, This is a public post.
What is the error you are receiving when trying to login, Have you tried Resetting the Credentials via portal, also check if the Client Certificate has expired.

I receive, "Your credentials did not work. The credentials that were used to connect to <servername> did not work. Please enter new credentials."
I had been logging into the server's built-in "azureuser" account up until the server installed updates and then restarted. The azureuser account was established when I initially setup the VM.
I'll try your suggestions and update this post with the results.
I don't have an option for a web role.
Here's are my options:
All Items
Web Apps (0)
Virtual Machines(2)
Mobile Services(0)
Could Services(4)
Batch Services(0)
SQL Databases(0)
Storage (3)
Where do I configure who can access the VM windows server? As stated previously, when I provisioned the server, it prompted me for the azureuser's password. Up until the windows up/reboot, I had been using that account to login with.
If I go to subscriptions and select manage administrators, I see where the account that I login into the azure portal with is an administrator. Does this mean this account should have the ability to login to the windows VM?
Hi,
Refer to the below article on how to connect to the Web Role.
