after re-starting my computer, i am now unable to log on, the blue windows log in screen appears with the message "To begin, click your user name" but there are non to click on. i tried pressing Ctrl Alt Delete twice to bring up the login screenbut windows fails to recognise my login name and password. how can i resolve this issue... and more importantly log onto my windows!?

i have also tried un-plugging my network cable!
