Hello, the mentioned error is NOT about Symantec it is about Windows update KB2300535 for Windows 7 RIBBONS http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13368 So please ask in the Windows 7 forum instead here about this update, http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7 as this forum is about Windows server OS.
