When installing driver on print cluster service, I'm getting the error "Access Denied" and one you click OK another error will pop up  "0x00000578".

This is happening only on cluster service. I don't have problems installing on every cluster nodes.

This is Windows 2008 R2 Cluster and I'm installing x64bit drivers

Do you have the same behavior if the user is not also a domain admin? 

AD user added to local admin group on node 1

AD user added to local admin group on node 2

Is the domain admin a member of the local Administrators group?

Hi Alan,

No one is allowed except Domain Admin, so we did not test.

Yes, Domain Admin is member of Local Admin Group
