Unable to install Windows Messenger 5.1
When I try to install the program - I get an error message that says - "The system administrator has set policies that prevent this installation" - I am the system administrator!!!!! Help, please?

Unable to install Windows Messenger 5.1 on what? Windows Vista or Windows Server "Longhorn"?
