Unable to find the requested .Net Framework Data Provider. It may not be installed.
After installing SQL 2012, I used SQL Server Data Tools to create reports. On Data Connection, I specified my server name and use Window Authentication, no database is shown. My Server Management Studio shows that AdventureWorks2012 exist. I have re-installed
SQL 2012 at least three times. What's wrong? Am I missing .Net Framework 3.5?

Could be that you're not specifying your server name and/or authentication credentials correctly. Take a look at my blog post,
http://geek-goddess-bonnie.blogspot.com/2015/02/easy-peasy-connection-strings.html , for an easy way to determine connection info.
