Unable to consume REST API

I am trying to consume REST API to get the list of Subscription User Accounts from management portal.

The API was working fine but it started showing the following web exception since 25th March.

"The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send."

I have tried by setting the KeepAlive property of the HttpWebRequest class to false, but couldn't resolve the issue.

Request your help in resolving this issue.

Hi Girish,

Thanks for the suggestion.

I have tried the same, but I am unable to consume the API.

The exception that I am getting is "The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send."

Can you please look into the issue and help resolving it.

Thanks in advance.

There can be many reasons for this error, here are some things to check:

- Is your management certificate still valid?

- Does your account have access to the subscription?

- Is the x-ms-version request header valid?

Hope this helps...

Kind regards, Eelco

I have check management certificate, access to subscription and x-ms-version request header.

There is no problem with them. I want to know if the problem on my side or with the REST API.

If possible can some one help me knowing that by checking if they are able to consume the APIs.

Thank you,

Javeed
