Unable to change Internet Explorer security setting
I have installed a Windows 2003 machine. I opened IE 6 and went to Tools > Internet Options > Security > Internet and pulled the slider from "High" to "Medium". But I get this error: The recommended security level for this zone is "High". The level that you have chosen is lower than this. Please choose a security level of "High" or higher. And then it pushes my slider back to "High". I don't understand why the OS is forcing me to accept a recommendation. I want to set the slider to Medium. Can someone please help me?

Hi, If you would like to change the security level, please disable Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration according to the following article: http://www.windowsnetworking.com/kbase/WindowsTips/Windows2003/AdminTips/Security/DisablingInternetExplorerEnhancedSecurityConfiguration.html Hope it helps.
