We are using netapp oncomand plugin to monitor our netapp controllers, but on one  of them we are unable to add the credentials, it always fails, the controller has been added to scom as a network device, also following the netapp documentation we have created  a custom rule, then assing it to a user account. Also we are able to login to the web portal of the netapp controller with this account.

I'll appreciate any suggestion.

You may need to double check the configurations of the account or try to create a new one as test referring to the documentation.

We have other netapp controllers being monitored with the same account, the issue is just with one of them which is not accepting the credentials.
