I tried installing the package of WMF 3.0 for my Server 2008 Enterprise, but it returns a message 'No update package found'.

Please follow the guide of the WMF 3.0 document:

Windows Management Framework 3.0

Please note WMF 3.0 need Server 2008 Service Pack 2, and Windows Management Framework 3.0 requires Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0. You can install Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=212547 before install WMF 3.0.

Thanks for the revert. I didnt know that framework 4.0 is required for the installation of wmf 3.0. Let me install framework 4.0 and then install wmf 3.0  and update you.
