UmrdpService Event Id 1111
We have SBS 2008 and get this error on a regular basis. Can someone please help us understand how to resolve this? UmrdpService 1111 30/08/2010 12:40:07 PM 5 Event Details: Driver PrimoPDF required for printer PrimoPDF is unknown. Contact the administrator to install the driver before you log in again.

from that article, i think that simply turning off the printer in the remote desktop stops the problem from happening, but then you can not use your local printer. do you know if there is a way to keep the local printer turned on?

report results of these verifications: 1. Check that your client has printing enabled: Options->Local Resources->Printers 2. Check the server settings: a. Launch tsconfig.exe->RDP-Tcp properties->Windows printer (should be unchecked) b. Launch gpedit.msc->Admin templ.->Windows comp.->Terminal Serv.->Terminal Server->Printer Redirection (best if all are "Not configured") 3. so it seems to work if we turn off all printers, but is there a way to choose which printers to map, or at least keep on printer turned on, so that you can print from the terminal?
