Unfortunately you are giving scarce iinformation on operating system, which wizard you are trying to run and what problem you are trying to solve. You are expected to present event logs. Unless we have more specific information we will give hardly any reasonable answer.

Hi, Please let us know what is the operating system? What is the error message? What troubleshooting wizard crashes? Based on the current situation, I would like to suggest you run System File Checker to check the result. For the detailed steps, please refer to the following Microsoft KB article: How to use the System File Checker tool to troubleshoot missing or corrupted system files on Windows Vista or on Windows 7 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833 If it does not work, please also perform a Clean Boot to test the issue. For how to perform a Clean Boot, please also refer to the following Microsoft KB article: How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 If the issue persists, please run msinfo32 to launch System Information and navigate to System Summary\Software Environment\Windows Error Reporting. What related error message can you read? Regards, Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread.
