I need to remove 'Schedule' rights to power users from all the folder existing in my environment.

Is it possible to do with the use if gpo ?

The Power Users group primarily provides backward compatibility for running non-certified applications. The default permissions that are allotted to this group allow this group's members to modify computerwide settings

And if you want to totally remove the ability of power user,  I suggest you may create a separate security group for those users instead of making them as the member of the Power Users group.
