Time service
My Pc's/Laptops are all running 6 minutes fast. How do I find out where they are getting their times from. I suspect one of the DC's is configured to go out to an external source ...but how do I identify this?

Hello,
in a domain the DC with the PDCEmulator is the time source, "netdom query fsmo" will show you the FSMO roles belonging to the DCs.

Thanks Rajesh ,
found out that one of my DC's is going out to the internet(150.145.33.1) for its time. I reckon it is 6 minutes fast. Where can I get the list of approved time souces(GMT) so I can point my DC to one.
ThanksSK

Hi
Please check the below link and configure the DC to point to NTP server.

Note - use Configuring the Windows Time service to use an external time source section in the above article.
