TimeOut error

I am getting below error in Biztalk 2010. Can you please help on this as messages are gettin suspended frequently with the below error.

There was a failure executing the receive pipeline: "TOM.DeliveriesFromDirects.Pipelines.TOM_D016ORMStoSTORELINE_RcvPipeline_DirectsPO, TOM.DeliveriesFromDirects, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=70993bbf2dd550bb" Source: "DataIntegrityComponent" Receive Port: "TOM.D016ORMS.RcvPort.PO" URI: "FORMATNAME:DIRECT=OS:.\PRIVATE$\TOM.DIRECTS.ORMSTOSL" Reason: Timeout expired.  The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.

Is it custom pipeline component you are using?

and could you please elaborate what your doing in component

Provided information is not enough to find the root cause and solution. Please provide more details. Like purpose and code of your custom pipeline component etc.

Hi Satya,

Looking at your Receive locations URL format, it seems youre using MSMQ adapter.

And this error occurs due to some connectivity issues to your MSMQ. This could be because your MSMQ is having connectivity/network issue or your configuration to the MQ is not correct.
