Thumbnails Don't Render in Server 2008
I'm running Server 2008 (received from the Server 2008 launch event here in Houston) on one of my machines at home (test environment).
I'm unable to get JPEG, BMP, etc thumbnails to render in Windows Explorer. Any suggestions/recommendations as to how to address this?

Hello Charles,
By default, thumbnails view is disabled in Windows Server 2008. To enable the thumbnails, try to un-click the 'Always show icons, never thumbnails' option in Windows Explorer--->Tools--->Folder Options--->view.
By the way, if you want to use Windows photo gallery to view pictures. The Desktop Experience feature should be installed in Server Manager feature page.
Hope it helps.
