I am using MS remote desktop to connect from a Mac to a windows remote desktop but it keeps crashing - citing thread 13. Can you help?

1. Look into security event logs for errors and warnings.

2. Is this first attempt to connect? Try to lower the RDP security on target computer.

3. Make sure that you followed procedure described here

Firstly, would you please provide us the log file for research.

Meanwhile, based on the error message, I suspect that it is a Mac side issue, it is recommended to contact Apple support for help.
