This printer has been redirected by the client Remote Desktop Connection


French, I apologize for my language mistakes ...

1.- Windows Server 2008 R2 with terminal services have been installed.
2.- Remote control of a user session with the remote desktop services.
3.- Open a document (Word, Excel, PDF ...).
4.- File / Print
5.- Selecting the mapped printer of the remote user with the print driver "easy print".

==> If I select "Print Settings", a window appears telling me:

"This printer has been redirected by the client Remote Desktop Connection."
"The print settings are automatically displayed in another window, etc.."

My problem: this window does not appear so i don't change anything!!!

Can you help me?

Yes, the printer is operating correctly, this is not the problem.
My Office version is "Office 2010 Pro Plus", but it happens on all applications (pdf for example). For me, this is not an Office problem.

Below is the message that appears when I want to change the parameters of a mapped remote printer, after taking hold of the remote user session via the utility "Manager Remote Desktop"

Can you advise if this matter was ever resolved, I have a client with the same problem and they would like this additional screen that advises "This printer has been redirected by the client Remote Desktop Connection" to be switched off.

I cannot figure out to configure this to my clients request.
Please advise if you had any resolve or can assist?
