French, I apologize for my language mistakes ...

1.- Windows Server 2008 R2 with terminal services have been installed.
2.- Remote control of a user session with the remote desktop services.
3.- Open a document (Word, Excel, PDF ...).
4.- File / Print
5.- Selecting the mapped printer of the remote user with the print driver "easy print".

==> If I select "Print Settings", a window appears telling me:

"This printer has been redirected by the client Remote Desktop Connection."
"The print settings are automatically displayed in another window, etc.."

My problem: this window does not appear so i don't change anything!!!

Can you help me?

Hi,

I would like to confirm if the printer can work properly for the print job. Whats your Office version? How do you know the window shows This printer has been redirected by the client Remote Desktop Connection. Which settings do you want to change?

If possible, please help me collect the screenshot of your issue. Based on the current situation, I suggest you use other application to test the print settings window.

Can you advise if this matter was ever resolved, I have a client with the same problem and they would like this additional screen that advises "This printer has been redirected by the client Remote Desktop Connection" to be switched off.

I cannot figure out to configure this to my clients request.
Please advise if you had any resolve or can assist?

We are having the same issue. See screenshot.

They print to this printer from a remoteApp Navision. The ok and cancel button are greyd out so the user can't go on. Please help. It's a Window Server 2008 RDS Session Host.
