The user service service failed the logon user profile cannot be loaded (Win2008R2)
Hi.. I have WIn2008R2 server and it is working fine. I am getting the below error all of sudden this error happends monthly or some times weekly - Once i restart the server it works fine. I have seen some artilces but most of them are taking about Win Vista and Win7 - by deleting some registery entires. Would you kindly give an solution for Win2008R2 and what this cause of this issue ? Thanks

1. Some errors and warnings in event logs are expected. Give us, please , this info. 2. Deep analysis is based on the memory dump. Set the memory dump and analyse it. Key word WinDbg. 3. Some applications may leak, search for possible leaks of your applications. Regards Milos

Don’t apply the hotfix directly, but manually follow the steps to fix your user profile.
