Dear all 

i have domain member PC already working with user K when any other user trying to login to this computer  we get this message

The user profile service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded

the domain admin login normally  and also the local admin 

the Regedit method to fix it doesn't work because the new user didn't exists on this machine

Check if any temp user account is created, 

Install UPH Cleanup service tool to fix the login . logoff issues.

In that path, [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList\..] you really have no user profile listed as the user K ? and no folder for that user ?

Did you set too a roaming profile on the user, in the active directory user and computer applet you will see it.
