Unable to add biztalk adapter service URL  http://localhost:8080/BAService/ManagementService.svc/ throws an error .

I was able to connect to this service earlier .Now getting this issue.Please advise.

Can you browse the URL in a web browser on the machine where you are trying to add the Reference?

Also from your error-stack it seems that it is from inside the Azure Service Bus Explorer you are experiencing this error?

please check the application pool under which service is running.

it seems that Application pool is stop .
