The previous system shutdown was unexpected.
Hi, My server had a reboot. The previous system shutdown at 8:12:19 AM on 3/7/2010 was unexpected. I have checked the eventlog but i couldn't able to find the logs for the cause. Dump file also not created. Role of Server : Exchange 2003 Please help me. Regards, Karuna Karuna

Same problem. It was averted by upgrading the UPS (uninterruptible power supply) the unit was attached to. Basically it was a power failure and this is why the dump logs were not created. Clean power = happy system
