Tagging Multiple Files for Security Settings

Hello

I have a server 2008 R2 that I have to change 2000 Files under \Windows\System32 and 1700 files under \Windows\SysWOW62.  I can tag files with holding down the 'Ctrl' key, but Right-Click properties on multiple files does not give me Security, Advanced, Auditing or Owner, I have to do each file at a time

Is there any way to get multiple files and get the Security, Advanced, Auditing and Owner settings?

Thanks

b.

some suggestions for command-line tools:

auditpol: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc731451.aspx

lots of other ways to do it too, I guess, e.g. powershell, scripts, non-MSFT utils, etc.

If you must use Explorer, you could right-click the parent folder and apply the changes to all items and child-items, if that suits?
