TS Gateway Manager Problem

Hi,

Thanks in advance for your help. I have a SBS 2008 server where the TS Gateway Manager Connection Authorization Policy keeps losing the User Group Membership Setting when it is closed. As long as I leave it in tray it is OK. Any Ideas?

Thanks

Dexter

Amy,

I have tried the Items suggested. With no Luck.  I am attaching images. First one shows TS GW Manager open with correct info. As long as it is open or minimized RWA works.

After it is closed I Get the following and Rwa does not work.

Any Ideas?

Thanks

Hi Dexter,

Please also check whether there are any third party software installed or scripts running which could be the cause.

In addition, you may install Process Monitor on the server, then capture real time thread activities to troubleshoot the issue.
