Just review your log on any errors (red records) or apply filter "Action is equal Failed". VPN client is now receiving APIPA address not DHCP. Please, make a screenshot with your created rules or provide the full description (source network, target, action, protocols and etc)

DHCP configured correctly?

Are you getting any alerts in the Log query?

You can add some rules just for test (all outbound traffic between local host+vpn clients to local host+vpn clients)

Provide your results.
